Whoo-hoo!
ENDS TONIGHT! Hot Lunch Ordering – Ordering for March’s Hot Lunch ends tonight at midnight at OrderLunches.com. Be sure to get your order in by midnight…no late orders can be accepted!
Neighborhood Parking – Please pay close attention to parking rules around the school! As a neighborhood school, we are obligated to be good to those who live near us. Several of the streets surrounding the school have posted No Parking zones (especially Reservoir St. and the school side of Cushing Ave.) that we must pay attention to. A recent email from one neighbor on Reservoir St. expressed great frustration that parents are parking in a No Parking zone at pick-up time and during school events…and she will be calling the police to come ticket those individuals if they continue to park there. Please help us maintain good relationships with our neighbors!
NEXT WEEK! February No School – Mark the calendar now for NO SCHOOL next Monday, Presidents Day, February 20, and Winter Vacation, February 25 through March 5!
Used Book Sale – It may seem a looong ways away, but our Parent Group wanted to remind parents to save used books, cd’s, and dvd’s for the Used Book and Uniform Sale in May! If you are doing a little after-Christmas cleaning (or pre-Spring cleaning?), please keep the sale in mind! We accept donations of both children’s and adult’s book and media. All books and media are sold for 50¢ each and all students will visit the sale! Donations can be brought to the school AFTER April vacation!
Diocese of Manchester Catholic Schools Recognition Awards -- The successes of our Catholic schools and their students would not be possible without the selfless support of our committed educators, administrators, clergy, and lay partners in the community. This year, the Diocese of Manchester is holding its first annual Recognizing Excellence Awards in June 2017. At the event, the Diocese will honor the School Leader of the Year, Clergy Member of the Year, Community Partner of the Year and most especially, the Teacher of the Year. Know someone deserving of an award? Please read the award descriptions HERE and use the links below to nominate someone you think deserves to receive this special recognition. The deadline to submit your nomination is March 17, 2017. If you have any questions, please feel free to call the Catholic Schools Office at 663-0140.
