Thank you! A thousand (and more!) thank you’s to all those who made last weekend’s Auction such an amazing and incredible evening! We had a fabulous time in support of St. Chris and it would not have happened without the efforts of so many people:

  • Our Auction Co-Chairs, Tricia Casey, Faby Gagne, and Jenn Torosian, who had the vision, enthusiasm, and organization over the past year to pull off this huge event!
  • Our Auction Committee, the largest ever, for their unbelievable efforts with the decorations (sooo beautiful!), acquisitions, technology, seating, and event night logistics! The group includes Alison Nardone, Lisa Blanchard, Ellen Valade, Betsy Hansen, Kevin Corriveau, Lisa Gropman, Don Whalen, Todd DeRego, Meighan Garcia, George Torosian, Corrine Zeman, Luc Sirois, Jen Hamson, Jamie Gregoire, Meghan McCarthy, Sarah Rol, and Jeff Gropman.
  • Our parents, who supported the Auction with donations, business connections, and, of course, attendance at the event!
  • Our sponsors – Pine Auto Parts, The Aquino Family, Center for Physical Therapy and Fitness, Red Brick Clothing, and Kalil & Kress Family and Cosmetic Dentistry – for supporting our school and it’s students!
  • Our advertisers – PAL Force Football & Spirit, Literacy Learning Solutions, Edmonds Landscaping Company, Birchwood Payroll, Executive Tan, Appletree Business Services, Align Credit Union, Kevin Brown/Knights of Columbus Insurance, Nashua Catholic Regional Junior High School, and Toyota of Nashua!
  • Our Ticket for a Teacher sponsors, who provided our teachers with a wonderful gift of a free ticket!
  • Sky Meadow Country Club, our hosts for the evening, who went above and beyond everything they did for us.
  • Our teachers for their creativity and work on the awesome class projects!
  • And finally, our students, for being the best inspiration of all!

And speaking of the Auction, our wonderful photographer, Michael Richards, shared some great photos of the evening HERE. Check them out!

Standardized Testing -- The Diocese has contracted with another company to replace the Terra Nova test.  The new test is called NWEA. NWEA® is a research-based, not-for-profit organization that supports students and educators worldwide by creating assessment solutions that precisely measure growth and proficiency—and provide insights to help tailor instruction. For 40 years, NWEA has developed Pre-K–12 assessments and professional learning offerings to help advance all students along their optimal learning paths. Their tools are trusted by educators in 145 countries and more than half the schools in the US. We are very pleased with this choice. Testing will happen for grades 2 through 6 the week of April 30-May 4 with make-ups the following week. More information will be shared with parents as we approach the testing dates.

THIS WEEK! Good Friday/Easter Monday No School Just a reminder that we do not have school THIS Friday for Good Friday, March 30 and Easter Monday, April 1!
