June 14 12:30 PM….SUMMER VACATION!!!

Thank You! Thank you to April Savino for organizing yesterday’s successful Project Safeguard event for our 6th grade students, as well as the 6th grade from Infant Jesus School! Students and parents enjoyed the day immensely!

UPDATED! Diocesan-Wide Consecration Event – Less than a week until our all-school field trip to the Diocesan Consecration on May 16! Please note the following:

Students are asked to bring a small snack and small bottle of water in a paper bag to take with us on the bus to Manchester. The bag must be separate from the child’s lunch and should have the child’s name on it. The bag, snack, and water must be disposable so that we can throw everything away at the ballpark. We will be eating the snack after the Consecration event, but before we board the buses back to Nashua.

PreK will eat lunch here at the school at the regular time. The remainder of the students will eat lunch when they return to school. If your child ordered Hot Lunch, he or she will receive it back at school after the event. Students who are packing lunch that day will leave their lunch here and will also eat when they return.

Since we will be representing St. Christopher School at this event, we cordially request that students wear their best uniforms! Please be sure that your child’s uniform is in tip-top shape and conforms to our uniform standards. Thank you soooo much for helping us look good!

Please remember that those students who are not attending the Consecration event will be out of school for the entire day. This is for the children’s safety. All of our kindergarten through grade 6 teachers, as well as most of the staff, will be at the event and we cannot predict what time we will be returning to school. Therefore, there would be no teacher or staff available at the school to supervise children who arrive for the afternoon only. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause!

NEW! Fidget Toys We’ve seen a large influx of students bringing the newest “in” thing to school…Fidget Toys. Because they are a toy, and toys are not allowed in school, please be sure that your child does not bring them to school at any time. If you have questions, please contact Mrs. Clarke at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Thanks!

CONGRATULATIONS! – 6th grade teacher Miss Mary Lou Wefers has been selected as one of three finalists for the St. Jean Baptist de la Salle - 2017 Teacher of the Year Award for the Diocese of Manchester Schools. We are so excited for Miss Wefers to be in the running for this award and are thrilled that she has received the recognition she deserves as an incredible teacher! The award will be presented at the first annual Recognizing Excellence Awards Gala at the Grappone Conference Center in Concord on June 22, 2017. Tickets to the Gala are available online at CatholicSchoolsNH.org/gala for $75. “Shout-out” advertising space in support of Miss Wefers is also available in the program with prices ranging from $75 to $200. Please contact Marta at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it for advertising information.

NEW! More Congratulations! In addition to the selection of Miss Wefers as a finalist for Teacher of the Year, we are pleased to announce several other exciting nominations and finalists for the upcoming Diocesan Recognizing Excellence Awards! Please join us in congratulating:

Current students Sage Underwood and Caroline Graybill and alumni students Charlene Amarello and Caroline Vanderburgh who were named finalists in the Crowning of Mary essay contest. Although a student from another school was chosen the winner, we are so proud of our students and alumni for being in the top 5 essays from a pool of 254 entries!

Mrs. Cindy Clarke, who was nominated for The Spirit of St. Elizabeth Seton Award 2017 NH Catholic School Leader of the Year award.

Miss Karen Narkis, who was nominated for The Spirit of St. John Baptist de la Salle 2017 NH Catholic School Teacher of the Year award.

NEW! Admissions News:

We are knee deep in recruiting new families to join our school community for Fall 2017!  History shows that our current happy families are our best resource for bringing in new students and we’d love to partner with YOU in this effort! A number of external factors, including potential full day Kindergarten in Nashua, area charter schools, and decreased birth rates make upcoming Admissions efforts very, very important for keeping our school full of happy children! Please consider joining our Admissions efforts in any of the following ways:
