In Literature we will finish My Side of the Mountain.  The final project is an essay.  Students will have a choice of three essay topics.  The genre for March's book report is Classic Literature.  Stories need to be approved by Friday, March 10th.

The 6th grade will finish their STEM projects right after break.  They drew animals on the coordinate plane and plotted the matching points.  The math focus moves to multiplication and division of fractions.  Extra help is at 8 AM on Wednesdays.

The 5th grade will start the geometry unit after break.  The chapter focuses on angles, protractor use, polygons, circles, and circumference.  Extra help moves to Thursdays at AM.
